WWCC -Mini Altar Workshop

Sliding Scale

Ever wanted to build a shrine in your home for daily offerings or sacrifices? Here's your opportunity! Come hone in on your woodworking skills as well. 

Students will learn how to safely use the bandsaw, disc/belt sander, hand drill, and orbital sander. A lesson on how to hang a french cleat will complete the class. Each student will go home with their own little altar at the end of class!

  • No experience is required.
  • Class size is limited to 6 students. 
  • Would Works is committed to ensuring that all classes are financially accessible to all so courses are offered on a sliding scale. Please pay what you can.

INSTRUCTOR: Lucy Freedman (Graduate of RISD, multidisciplinary artist/woodworker/jewelry maker)
